Pension transfer problem - advice please

Nearly three months on from my last post. Nest have still failed to forward the relevant documentation to the other pension scheme, and the other scheme have now closed my case.

I've raised a formal complaint with Nest, and I'd really love to take legal action against them as they've been flipping useless throughout the entire process. I suspect it's just not worth the effort though for the small amount of money involved.
