declare bankruptcy and focus on your baby. Been there, and currently wearing the t-shirt :-)
But this really isnt an issue where a load of very well meaning people on an internet discussion board should have any bearing on what YOU need to do.
You have discussed the situation with the relelvant charities - why did none of them suggest bankruptcy? Or did they?
This is by no means a light decision to make, but when you have a new baby you have to make a call on how you are going to spend the early years of their life - struggling and worrying about money, with the lions share going on a debt that you realistically have no real chance of paying back, or wiping the slate clean and starting again.DISCHARGED 12th December 2007:T

Then you need to chat to CCCS again. This is important as the Judge will want to make sure you take professional advice before BR and unfortunatly we don't count, though I reckon they ought to change the rules to allow it lolBSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
