Northern Ireland adverse mortgage

Here's the deal ..
Current mortgage 19 months clear Payments several late payments before that around 25k equity
Two defaults from 5 years ago virgin media both satisfied under 100 quid
Store card several 1s on credit file max 3 1s as past 15 months
Credit card status 2 8 months ago totally clear before and after
All other accounts clean
Want to buy a second property with Ltv 75% affordability should not be an issue
Full time employed with same company 16 years
Is there any lenders that lend on Northern Ireland property's suitable worth a shot or not ?

What kind of deposit do you have? How much is the house you want to buy?

What's your current salary? Do you have the money for fees and the new 3% SDLT?

    Should be doable.

I'd probably go to a broker. Post in the NI section of the boards for some broker recommendations.
