Student Loan Overpayments
So I graduated from university in 2014 and became eligible to begin paying back the loan last April, but my salary is way below the threshold required to begin paying back. However, as I am paid weekly, and my employer gives holiday pay before the holiday is taken, this has meant that some weeks I have been paid more than the weekly threshold and have had student loan repayments deducted, despite the fact that my annual salary is below the threshold.
Please can I have some advice as to how I can get this money refunded, until such time that I am earning above the threshold.
Thanks in advance!
