Bella log in

I am having really trouble with my Bella Mag log in
every time i revist the site i have to request a new log in as it will not accept it
I know it is the correct one but nothing i try makes any difference

Any suggestions please

I've been having the same problem for at least a couple of months now, even when I update and save a new password. Very frustrating x

I've been having this problem for over a year and I finally worked out what was wrong 2 weeks ago. My computer had saved my email address and password, however its the USERNAME you need to enter with your password. So everytime it told me the password was incorrect, I reset it, even though I knew my password was right. I thought it was a website glitch. Every week I've done it for a year!

Changed to my username, it lets me enter every time without fail now. I realise that sounds incredibly stupid, but I'd always assumed my email address was my username, so just maybe, this will help someone else out!

That's excelent! I couldn't believe how much time I must have wasted changing my password before I worked that out
