So!

Got an email from QQ yesterday saying they declined my complaint.

I emailed them back saying if they would accept a F&F on the account I wouldnt refer to the Ombudsman...

To'd and fro'd a bit...

Got them down to a settlement of £354 on a debt of £554, got it in writing by email etc..

They even gave me their bank details and I did a bank transfer at lunchtime..

So I am now officially debt free... Now to be a mortgage free wannabe!!
