Missing National Insurance Credit

I've just been looking at my online pension forecast and discovered that I've only been credited 51 contributions for the year 2000/1 though I was on Incapacity Benefit throughout that year. How do I go about getting this corrected?

That is a long time ago.
Do you actually need this as a qualifying year? You only need 35 for the full nSP (the single tier) unless you have been contracted out at some point.
Does the forecast actually state that this is not a qualifying year? I have never actually understood how NI credits work when less than the whole year is credits.0 -

I was contracted out for nearly 15 years. Forecast based on NI record to 5/4/2015 is £137.76. "Amount you may get to if you continue to contribute" is £152.87. My pension date is 6/1/2020.
2000/1 is listed as a year "when you did not contribute enough". I have 42 "years of full contributions" and 4 "years to contribute before 2020".0
