BT Sim with £50 Amazon or iTunes Voucher

On one of the MS emails last August MSE advertised a deal for BT sims for existing BT customers - £10 a month for 2gb data and various minutes and texts.

Did anyone receive their voucher?

I did not - I emailed them as requested several times (BT affiliates email address) but have not heard back.

Nice to save.
