Capital FM?

Hey
I had an answerphone message on Friday from Capital FM saying that I'd won a competition and that someone would be in touch shortly to arrange my prize; but I haven't heard anything since.
I tried ringing them yesterday, but was told that the person that I needed to talk to wasn't there, but would call or email me back in the afternoon and I still haven't heard anything
I was just wondering if anyone else had previous dealings with Capital for competitions and how long do they usually take to get back to you?
I don't want to miss out on a prize but I don't want to be annoying, so I don't know if I should just keep chasing it up or not.

No idea really but the thought occurs to me that if you email them (to their contact address but mentioning the name of the person who called you) at least you would have a record that you have tried to contact them before they award the prize to someone else. Hope that helps.0
