Help needed to find dark brown velvet ribbon 36 MM. in width

Hi can anyone help me find a dark brown velvet ribbon 36mm wide,
And I only need 3 metres,
Have tried the usual eBay and a few haberdashery shops but they don't have the 36 MM have also tried Amazon but they only sell in 10 m reels so the rest will be wasted
Any help would really be appricated as I have come to a brick wall

Buy the 10m and flog the remainder on ebay - you know there's a shortage

The company V V Rouleaux sell it for £3.10 per metre, don't know what the postage charges are.
