40" Sony Bravia LCD With Freeview £600-£700

Hi guys, I have been reading the threads and checking all possible sites to find the best Sony Bravia LCD in my price range. Only thing is I have no idea what Im meant to be looking for. I have no idea what any of the spec terms mean. I here that the 'S' series is one of the poorer models ? If anybody in the know could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Here is a few I have looked at upto now.

If anyone could help me with this it would be great. Or if anyone knows of any other models of the Bravia in my price range that would be great to. Like I say I dont really know what the spec means.
