amazon £7 promo query

I got the free £7 promo voucher by buying a £30 Amazon GC, as per the offer on a recent MSE email.

I have the £7 promo code....when i try entering it in my amazon account it wont be accepted. I tried emailing Amazon CS but not much help from them either. Any advice how to applt the voucher to my account?

Go onto live chat with Amazon and they will sort it for you instantly.

its not a gift voucher, the last time i got one you had to add it manually to an order, can only use it on stuff sold by amazon directly no FBA

thanks think I sorted out, had to phone them up, now need to select an item to buy!!
