Mortgage Renewel Tommorow

We have a £41,000 mortgage with the halifax with 15 years left we have had a traker for the Last 3 years and we are probably looking for the same thing only a option to pay extra off if we want to can any one tell me what i should be asking for and any advice for this sort of thing???

Easy. when you speak to Halifax ask for a product with no early repayment charges whatsoever - the halifax direct to customer deals are different from those offered via mortgage intermediaries so i really could not tell you what they would offer you;.I am a Mortgage Adviser
