9. There is one prize package to be won (each a “Prize”). The Prize includes the following:
• 1 x Sky’s complete bundle package consisting of:
- 1 x Sky+HD box
- Free standard installation provided by Sky subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below);
- 1 x 12 month subscription to Sky’s Complete Bundle package
- 1 x Family adventure, which will be determined by the entrant at point of choosing the movie theme of their egg (Jurassic Park, Inside out or Harry Potter). The three adventure packages to choose from are:

Harry Potter - Go Behind-The-Scenes Of The Harry Potter Movies On A Magical Trip To London. Prize package includes the following for 2 adults and 2 under-16s:
• Return train travel from mainland UK rail station to London
• Return private station transfers in London
• 1 night’s luxury hotel accommodation (4* minimum) in London, sharing two twin/double rooms
• Breakfast
• Behind-the-scenes tour of Harry Potter sets, props and costumes at a top film studio outside London, including return transfers from central London.

• One-day Family admission to a leading UK theme park.

Jurassic Park - Win An Action-Packed Forest Adventure. Prize package includes the following for 2 adults and 2 under-16s sharing a family room:
• Family travel allowance of £150
• 3 nights’ luxury cabin lodge accommodation at one of nine forest Holidays resorts
• Bike hire for the trip duration
• Treetop adventure at a top high-ropes course

The Prize will be subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below)

The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):
a) If you are a winner and are new to Sky TV you will be required to enter into three subscription contracts (Sky digital, Sky+ and Sky+HD subscriptions for the minimum term of 12 months). After your 12 months’ free viewing, standard subscription charges will apply, unless you change your package, giving over 31 days’ notice, you will pay the prevailing price for the Complete Bundle (currently £71.25 pm [in the UK and €83 pm in the Republic of Ireland]). Sky+ subscription is free while you subscribe to Sky TV (otherwise £10 pm in the UK). Sky selects your equipment. You must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom. Unless you are already a Sky+ subscriber you will need Sky+HD professionally set up, even if you already have a mini dish. Costs apply for non-standard set-up. Your box must be connected to a fixed telephone line. You must get all consents required (e.g. landlord’s). Sky Box Office Movies, Stand-alone Premium Channels, and pay-per-view services and events are not included in the Prize and must be paid for separately. Prices, programmes/channels are subject to change. Existing Sky TV customers will receive a free Complete Bundle subscription [and a free Sky+HD box]. Multiscreen is not included in the prize.

b) Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation of the winner’s Prize. Winners must redeem the prize within a year. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
c) There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
d) Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
e) Harry Potter: Prize package for 2 adults and 2 under-16s includes: Return train travel from a mainland UK rail station to London; Return private station transfers in London; 1 night’s hotel accommodation in London, with a four-star rating, sharing two double or twin rooms; Breakfast during stay; Full-day Harry Potter movie tour at a top London studio, including return transfers from central London; Dinner at a traditional London pub featured as a location in one of the Harry Potter movies, provided up to a maximum value of £40 per adult and £30 per child. Train travel available from mainland UK rail stations only; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2016 – 2nd January 2017 (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays or Easter Sunday; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; Winners must give at least 6 weeks' notice in advance of their chosen travel dates; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.

A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2016 – 2nd January 2017 (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays or Easter Sunday; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; Winners must give at least 6 weeks' notice in advance of their chosen travel dates; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.

g) Jurassic Park: Prize package for 2 adults and 2 under-16s includes: Travel allowance of £150; 3 nights’ accommodation in a family cabin at a top UK holiday resort, available in 9 nationwide locations; Bike hire at the resort for the duration of stay; half-day treetop obstacle course at a top high ropes venue near to resort.A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2016 – 2nd January 2017 (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays or Easter Sunday; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; Winners must give at least 6 weeks' notice in advance of their chosen travel dates; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize; Holiday resort locations include Scotland (2 locations), North Yorkshire (2 locations), Nottinghamshire, Norfolk, Hampshire, Gloucestershire, Cornwall; Three night stay must be taken Friday – Monday; High ropes course is not available at the Cornwall location, an activity of equal value can be arranged for winners travelling to this locations; Minimum age for high ropes course is 10 years, minimum height is 1.4m, maximum weight is 20.5 stones.
