Hello! I want pants like my formal trousers I wear at work, ie.
  1. relaxed/buggy/loose fit with high waist
  2. thin fabric that you barely feel it
  3. warm with wool
But I want them to go out apart from work, ie. for casual situations.

Are there pants like that, but look like jeans/denim? I hate jeans because they are very thick fabric and the fit is horrible especially for people with big belly.

Can you advise me please?

    No, but a tailor may be able to make you something suitable if you can't buy off the peg.

    Otherwise perhaps get another pair of trousers in a non-work colour and wear those for casual use?

    Try searching for "denim chinos", "denim slacks" or "casual trousers". That might help.

    And? Good english people are objective and slag off their own language for objective reasons, as I have experienced myself.

    I am merely pointing out to the OP that slagging of the english language will not help them in getting people to help.
