Buying Platinum Wedding Bands Online?

Hi there,
We have today been to the high street to look at the cost of platinum wedding bands and have also been looking online.
The rings are significantly cheaper online and I was wondering if anyone has any experience of using a particular website that they would recommend?
It also seems quite difficult to work out the remaining 5% composition of the platinum that is used within any of these rings. Again does anyone have any helpful tips here.
