Possible to get DCA to reveal how much they bought debt?

Just curious but is there any way to get a DCA to reveal how much they bought your debt for? Freedom of information act maybe?
Might help when offering full & final offers/settlement negotiations

No chance whatsoever.

it's literally pennies for every pound of debt. The figure I've heard most is 6% of the original debt, sometimes going to 10%0
