But, do you actually need two cars in the household?0 -
The six pounds per day overdraft charges should come out of your account next month, don't think they will come out this Friday.0

Sky just keep raising their prices aswel. Netflix is where its at.

Depends if you watch any tv ?
If not then get a Netflix subscription (would need either a Firestick, Games console, a Roku box/stick, a Chromecast or a smart TV with the Netflix App )
Or you can get a Now TV box for more TV stuff (if you with the entertainment option)
If you mean about setting up Firestick to watch TV shows without paying then just search for free tv Firestick on Youtube (thanks to Patman with the suggestion of buying a Firestick already sorted for you.)0 -
You can buy pre-programmed Firesticks on Gumtree, Shpock and ebay if you don't fancy a self-programmed project.
Depending on who provides your phone & broadband, you might get a better and cheaper deal by switching. You can even get cash back by going through a site such as 'Topcashback' or 'Quidco'.Never Knowingly Understood.

Yeh we need both her car and my van. Im stuck without a van and vice versa. Iv just not long finished up for today, away for a shower and early night. Just wanted to be working today so im earning and making small steps out of this mess im in. Gf is writing sky a letter tomorrow and il get the PPI forms sent off with it aswel then il look into the firestick etc. Iv got a games console that we have netflix on, thats all we need now really. Theres two people owe me money so iv chased them up and im really hoping i get some money from at least one of them tomorrow.
Im just going to start taking it a day at a time, living frugal, earning as much as i can while keeping a healthy diet. Lots of sleep and working out helps keep me sane aswel so il throw myself into that. Keep my mind busy save over thinking things as iv just read through a thread on here where the poster is suicidal over their money worries. Roll on tomorrow, start of a new week and lifestyle for me. Big changes ahead. Thanks all for reading, the comments and the pms iv recieved. Feel like iv got massive support already. Cant thank use enough. Can now be found in the Millionaire Challenge thread :beer:0 -
Hi, I think you need to relook at the SOA, if you have £1300 spare a month then there shouldn't be an issue with overpaying the debt.
As for sky it may be that they offered you a deal...20% off your package or similar? That sometimes ties you into another 12 month contract.0 -
Hi
It's a really unfortunate situation but when you do get paid you should be very, very careful with that money.
Do you have a partner that could transfer some money to your account for the time being and help more with the bills?0 -

Never had any deals or discount since we signed up which is pretty shocking as they seem to offer lots of deals to new customers. Someone is getting back to us today about it.:eek:Living frugally at 24

Iv got £400 from gf towards our holiday at the end of last year so that will cover the bills till I get paid at the end of this week :j
The budget is more what I'm aiming for now as ouster to spend a lot more than £100 pcm on entertainment. If I can stick to it then il have £2,500(months expenses) in there in 2 months time then start over paying the card after that. I feel like I'm living on nothing far too close to payday. I mean I have nothing left in the bank the day before I get paid I'd like at least a months expenses just to stop me stressing so much! Can now be found in the Millionaire Challenge thread :beer:0
