Hello,
Just needed some advise really... I have recently bought a house on a buy to let mortgage.
I received a letter from my lender stating that I need to send short hold tenancy agreement. They said they want them by 28th March.
Problem is I don't have any tenants in there as the property is being repaired.
What do I do?

Ring them?!
They are obviously checking that the property is being used as a buy to let so I would say you need to ring them and explain that it's not currently let as you are doing repairs before letting it out.

The property wasn't "readily lettable" at the point of purchase?
Did you opt for a "light-refurbishment" product as you should have in such circumstances?
