    Merged - this is a good puzzle game

    There are also a multitude of Hidden Object games (HOG) that are superb.

    Also check out Amazon Underground, it has great games and apps free.

    What about the "Escape the room" games.

    The title of the games says it all really.

    War Escape is 1 I've been playing .

    Candy Crush is fun, but damned addictive ! Flow Free is another puzzle game that I enjoy, also Bonza ( a word-puzzle game ). All free. Oh, and 4 Pics 1 Word is OK for whiling away a few minutes.

    Puzzle: Cut the rope , Lara croft -go , Zynga
    Driving: Need for Speed, Asphalt 8 , Real racing
    Fighting: Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, Tekken.
    Shooting: Dead Trigger, Modern Combat 5, Battlefield, Unkilled
