How long to wait for prizes to turn up?

Not sure if I am being impatient here! I got an email to say had won a Ben & Jerrys tshirt on 9 Aug, and to expect it in a week or so. Not heard anything since.

Also had email on 17 Aug saying had won some records and to email them back with address to confirm acceptance of prize, which I did. Again, not heard anything since.

Should I email again? Or should I stop being so impatient and wait for them to turn up?! These are my first wins so not sure what to expect.

I usually wait about a month and then politely email them. If I don't hear anything for about another 2 weeks after that I telephone them. Longest I've waited is about 8 weeks for some vouchers.

I'm still waiting on my Shrek playball and that's about 2 months! However, some prizes are really quick - my £50 House of Fraser voucher arrived on Sat and I only received the email on Thursday!!!

It can vary alot how long to receive prizes, sometimes they just turn up, sometimes they take within a week, normally though they say allow 28 days - but sometimes they take even longer - Im waiting for one from February still!

i won a very fancy hairclip from skinny cow website. I had to email them with my address so after a month i politely asked if they had recieved my email ok with my address. They replied within 2 days saying yes they had passed them on to the company who where giving the prize (missyrose). Another month went by then it arrived beautifully wrapped. So dont' give up hope
