Who to choose?

We are using an (independent, all of market) mortgage broker and she has come back with 3 recommendations for us to choose between. The interest rates, fees, overpayment rules and SVR (following the fixed term) are all pretty comparable - so what other criteria would sway you into choosing one lender over another? Is there something I haven't considered?
The three lenders are Nationwide, TSB and Natwest - if you've applied recently with any of these, what were your experiences?

I would be concerned with your advisor if they are presenting three things for you to choose from.
The whole point of advice is the recommend the best one to suit your needs to you, not give you three and ask you to pick. That is NOT advice!0 -

In fairness to her, I think it's probably my fault as I gave her different scenarios with deposit amounts, fixed terms and number of years so I think she's given me several different options to cover all bases. Presumably the way forward then is to just decide on the deposit amount, length of fix and term and just ask her which is best for that situation? I've not done this before so presumed it was normal to be given a few and make your mind up from there0 -
Agree with Mike.
You should only be recommended 1 product.
I take on board what you've said about giving different scenarios but then the recommendation should be: for scenario 1 recommend lender a, scenario 2 lender b, etc
Seems to me you and the advisor need to clarify exactly what you wantI am a Mortgage Adviser
