RICS report

Hi. Just received the RICS report on house we have had offer a accepted on.
It highlighted some issues that were not a huge suprise, but it isn't specific.
I now need to get a quote on having the work done but the house is unoccupied.
Can anyone advise what to do next?
Do I contct EA to arrange access to facilitate getting quotes for work?
TIA

Yes, ask EA whether it's ok for you to get quotes. Contractors can contact EA direct to arrange access.
