    I keep half the skin on when I make soup with BNS. Makes the soup thicker.

    Frozen mash is great when making cottage pie too, I really can't be bothered to chop onions and carrots and fry mince for the sauce, as well as peeling and boiling potatoes. So a fresh cottage pie base with frozen mash used for the top is fine in my opinion.

    Or let them dry , and then dry fry for around 10 mins with a little salt or chillie powder. Delicious
