Entries into this promotion are restricted to one entry per email address.

For the avoidance of doubt one email address = one entry.

Only one prize per household will be allowed during the course of the entire promotion.

By entering your email address you after subscribing to our mailing list. From time to time we will send you promotional emails. WE WILL NOT SHARE OR SELL YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WITH ANY 3rd PARTY.

All entries into this promotion must be submitted by entrants in a personal capacity on their own behalf. Entries submitted via third parties, agents or in bulk are prohibited and we reserve the right to refuse you the prize if we reasonably suspect that your entry was submitted by such means. Any person trying to circumvent the entry process by any method (e.g. multiple names, phones or address) will be disqualified (along with their household and any other associated entries) for the duration of the promotion.

The winner of the competition will be the entrant selected at random from all entries received between the start and close of the entire competition. Entries will be selected by a computer process that produces verifiable random results.

The winners of the competition will be contacted by email within seven days of the draw using the email address provided with their winning entry.

The winners will be subject to a verification process.

The winners are required to respond to the winner's email to confirm acceptance of the prize, validate their prize claim and confirm their name and postal address details to receive their prize.

If the winners do not respond to confirm prize acceptance and their delivery address, or they are in breach of the T&Cs their prize may be relinquished. An email prompt will be made to confirm address details but if, after 28 days, these are not provided, the prize will be awarded to another entrant.

Should the Promoter subsequently decline to award the prize to the initial winner at our sole discretion because they have failed to comply with these terms and conditions, the prize will be awarded to another entrant chosen, next in line as a reserve at the same time as the original draw.

Information may be used by us in any marketing and publicity materials which we may choose to issue (at our discretion) and if requested, the winner will participate in any publicity or other promotional activities as we may reasonably request without any further recompense.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to check junk / spam to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 28 days of it being sent. Jewellery bank is not responsible for an entrant making a late claim on their win if this email is missed / not read because it was in their junk folder.

By taking part in the promotion, entrants acknowledge that they will be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrant's name and/or image, statements made by the entrants concerning the promotion and/or prizes obtained as part of the promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days). If you enter multiple times we reserve the right to ask for all receipts relating to all entries in order to validate a winning entry. Receipts must be received within 14 days. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
