The whole point of a Tribunal is that you appear in person and present your case. It would be unfair not to allow a CT payer to appear. Most people welcome the opportunity to appear in front of a CT tribunal and "have their day in court".If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

I would have done just that. In hindsight, I am glad I didn't. I would have had to take a day off work for absolutely no reason at all. I would also be slightly more annoyed than I am now. ��0
