Qualifying survey questions

I do surveys for a few companies and it bugs me a little that most of the qualifying data is available on my profile so to not have to enter basic details again for each new survey. But I did a survey via Panelbase yesterday that took 10 minutes to answer a range of general and specific questions before it decided I did not qualify. Because the estimated survey length was 10 minutes it seemed to me I did the survey already!
Anyone else find that lengthy qualifying questions are getting a lot of free responses before it decides to pass or fail going any further?
