Repayment against arrears

Options
Hi guys, may be chancing my arm a bit here, but I received a letter from 118 118 money saying they had broken CCA and charged interest in default sums over a period of time, I am on a DMP with Step Change, but got letter last week saying due refund of £390, now they are saying they will use for arrears despite being on agreed payment plan with DMP, looking for advice really
