I've not been in this position before so some helpful advice is needed please.
I won a toy worth £15 from a blog in Jan and was notified mid Jan of the win. The prize was being sent direct from Little Tikes as opposed to the blog owner, by mid Feb it hadn't arrived so I emailed the lady and asked if it had been sent yet.
In the last month I've politely sent a weekly email to say it's still not arrived. Today she has confirmed that they have been sent and asked me to verify my address, which I have done.
As I believe they have the correct address anyway, if she comes back to me to say they definitely sent it to my address what do I do?
A. - Leave it, it's only a £15 toy
B. - Ask the blog owner if she can arrange for another one to be sent?
C. - Ask Little Tikes if another one can be sent?
Sorry for the ignorance I've not been in this position before
Many Thanks
Ashley xx

It is up to the company running the competition (in this case the blog owner) to make sure the prize arrives0 -
I also would say B. I was in a similar situation, I won a Yoghurt Maker from a blog in October which didn't arrive. The prize was also being provided from Easiyo I had completely forgotten about it until Christmas so I sent the blog owner an e-mail in January about it. She was so nice about it and e-mailed them informing them that I hadn't received it. They e-mailed back saying it had been dispatched but the blog owner told me to e-mail again if it didn't show up within a month...a month later it still hadn't arrived so I e-mailed again. They finally sent it with recorded delivery. She was absolutely fantastic about it all. I think sometimes you've just got to keep at it!
The funny thing is at one point there was a Easiyo Yoghurt maker for sale in my local charity shop!0 -
I agree with DynasticDux.
It is like if you order something online, it is not your fault if your order gets lost in the post, it is up to the company to make sure it reaches you.
I would contact the blogger and she should chase it:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -
Thank you all so much for your replies. I will see what she says to today's email and go from there xx0

I agree with DynasticDux, for future I would definitely ask for them to send it recorded delivery (signed for). This way they can track it but as a brand they need to adhere to competition rules so they should always send out another prize...glad you got it though!'Never give up on something that you can't go a day without thinking about';):)0

Surprisingly I'm having the very same problem with TopCashback at the moment. They've always been great to deal with in the past so it's disappointing.
Very glad you got your prize, congratulations0
