Tax return query

in Cutting tax
Hello all,
I would like to ask the following
I have left my job in January 2016 and now I moved to Spain.
I did the calculations on the GOV site and according to my last p45 I might get a tax return of about 180 pounds.
I dont want to fill in a P85 form because I might come back for work, I have a bank account which I use all the time and 1 credit card, so I am afraid if I fill in this form I will have issues using them.. not sure.
Should I fill in a tax return form, or I will receive a check if I am entitled to tax return?
I was working in an insurance company all those years.

Not sure how getting a tax rebate will affect your bank or credit card? Sorry can you clarify what you mean?
Are these UK accounts/cards?0 -
If you are still UK resident under the SRT, any Spanish income will be taxable in the UK.0
