I was speaking to a lender, one I do a lot of business with and they have said they use more than one credit agency on about 60-70% of their cases where as that list just mentions one credit agency.
They do try to use one credit agency for the people with low LTVs and high credit scores.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I dont think that list is 100%.

Would that be Skipton by any chance? A lot of feedback suggests they only use Callcredit, but I think they are probably the least likely to hold much data. The big boys (Equifax and Experian) would probably be most likely yo hold lots of data.0
