User Testing problems during test :(

I registered with User Testing last week and was asked to complete the training video.
I downloaded the recorder, which was fine, but my problems began when I started trying to carry out the test. Firstly it wasn't possible to watch the training video - although I could afterwards, when I closed the square they leave in the corner - and when asked to look at a website and answer a couple of questions, the website froze, it wasn't possible to answer the questions, I had a nightmare with it!
I e-mailed them and received a reply this morning inviting me to try again, but I had the same problem!
Has anyone else had this please? I'm running Windows 10, I don't know if that's the problem but my computer is working fine otherwise.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi, I used Microsoft Edge, now that I've got Windows 10.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -
You are probably better trying firefox or chrome as they are both listed in the requirements pages in the help section at that site, while Microsoft Edge is not.0

Well I contacted them and told them the problems I was having and they said I should be ok using Edge, so I'm still none the wiser as to what the problem is.
Are there any threads regarding User Testing? I couldn't find one when I searched before but I found the site originally on here.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -
Ah well, it looks like I don't have to bother trying to sort this now, as I've just received an e-mail from them saying:
Sadly, we have many more applicants than we can accept right now, so we aren't able to invite you to join our panel. We're very sorry to disappoint you, and we really appreciate you taking the time to apply.
It's really annoying as I was in contact with them and they wrote only yesterday regarding using Edge as a browser.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0
