So . . . how do you access what you've won, does anyone know? I won £5 and it's showing up in my account now. It doesn't look like there's any way to claim it as cash. Would I have to buy something via their site?0

It is exactly the same as "earned" cashback so the claim options are whatever you have set up (BACS, Paypal, Amazon etc) - when you are in your "Account" just select the "Payout" option0 -
