I am looking to buy a home that's 325k, I have a deposit (equity from pervious property and saved cash) of 145k so need a mortgage of 180k
My husband earns £33,280 per year minimum
I earn £4.592 I also get child benefit for two chrildren £1788 a year
No debits, no childcare, no finance, shopping £70 a week and average bills we live very carefully.
Is a 180k mortgage in our reach?
