We are looking to fix our deal again later in the year as runs out October.
Help to buy Scotland with nationwide and keen to stay with them to avoid fees in relation to redoing the ranking paperwork.
Circumstances changed in that we now have 2 dependents compared to initial application.
Will they credit check us or should it sail through?
Kinda want to get a new car now but we were going to leave this til post new mortgage to avoid any questions.
Satisfied all affordable from our perspective but I can't read minds sadly.
Any thoughts?
LTV is 73% based on purchase price but obviously Scottish govt have 20% of the equity.
