update.. Trading standards say they would have to prove that they really did suffer "admin" costs of over £100 for just writing a couple of letters - unlikely. They would also have to prove in court that their conditions were fair to start with. Quite happy with that. When/if they write again I'll tell them they have no chance of success and if they carry on I will be invoicing them for my time. boom!0
