    I wonder why one came off and the other didn't. I think it's 'selected' items only. Have a look under 'Sparks' when you log into your account and see if your purchase should have been included in the Sparks offer, Elljay then contact Customer Services if it should have been. I had a look earlier and Per Una is included

    Just had another wee look just now under the Offers tab and it says that sale items are excluded this time so possibly you did get the 20% off through your Sparks card but not the 20% off for today's offer if your item was already in the sale. :)
