I don't really think that he is in a position to be asking for more money since it's him that wants to complete by April (most probably to avoid the new taxes) so why would he want to pull out at this point? He will never complete by April if he relists now with pretty much just over 2 weeks to go. It looks like he's just trying to squeeze as much as he can out of you...0
