Alfred Angelo, has anyone managed to buy direct?

I've found my dress, it's Alfred Angelo Disney Fairytale Wedding dress 239 - Snow White.
I love it, it's exactly the look I want. I checked the AA website and there were 2 shops in central Scotland, one in Falkirk and one in Bathgate.
I called the Falkirk shop and its closing down and doesn't have the dress in stock, the Bathgate shop promised to call me back and haven't, they also haven't replied to my Facebook message.
Has anyone ever managed to order direct from AA? The next closest supplier is in Aberdeen and that's far too far away for me to travel.
