Why did you use this loan company OP ?
  • OP, are you on here to get advice regarding your loan issue or just to rant?

If it's the former then please supply more detail, for example, the APR, the term of the loan and whether or not you stuck to the terms or have missed payments etc.

It would appear that 'Alex Lodhi' is otherwise known as Tahir Heyat Khan Lodhi. He is no longer a director of Lodhi Finance, and does not appear to 'own' the business. The shareholders are mainly a bunch of other Khan Lodhis, who are probably closely related to him, but they aren't him.

As the previous poster suggested. If you were to provide some more detail, somebody might be able to help you.

    Nope.

Lodhi Finance Ltd is insolvent. CVA commenced 15 Sept 2016.

Menzies seem to be running the liquidation. The OP should speak to them regarding any alleged debt.

This post is over six months old, and, as so often happens, the OP didn't bother to come back and tell us the outcome. Shame.
I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.
