A comping experiment

I think this may well send you crazy! (But I love it!)
I would agree with the others - start a blog of your experiment, you may get some extra cash & you could possibly start a comp of your own.0 -
Sounds an interesting experiment which I would like to know your result in wins will be over that month, from 1st January to 29 February I entered comps from here, ( not rafflecopter, fb, Twitter, ) and 12 c2w sites, mon - fri and all I won from the c2w was 1 cook book. I was spending about 4 hours a day entering c2w alone, so I have stopped with the c2w as for me I found it too much effort for very minimal win, but obviously somebody did win the good prizes on there so hopefully you will have more luck than me, good luck.0

Agreed interesting concept - wish you well! I think it will come down to two things - luck and the pure fact you'll be putting your name in the hat more than you were had you not put in the time.
I'm hoping you win loads and they're high amounts :-)0 -
You will at least need to start something like a blog, post all you wins on there. This seems to increase the chances of some people, especially when it comes to twitter.
Will be interesting to hear the result after your four weeks
Same with Instagram- Most winners (certainly of Beauty related comps) are Bloggers. There was a bit of a spat on a certain nail-polish companies inatagram a few weeks ago over a comp- It closed after the weekend but on the Sunday they extended it and people where asking why? and somebody said was it because they wanted more "blogger" entries? and a when a blogger then Won said competition it got a bit ugly --didn't help that said winner removed her winning Regram as soon as she won(so she said) it looked to many who hadn't seen the regram actually on her account, that it looked like she hadn't followed the instructions.2018 wins-12wins0 -
Good luck
it will be interesting to see the progress and outcome of your experiment.

Thanks all, I will set up a blog but don't expect anything amazing, I'm not good with words and rubbish at remembering to write! I'll post a link when I've sorted it!
I'm hoping the weather will be nice as our wifi reaches to the garden, quite like the idea of sitting on the swinging chair, iPad in hand doing this while I enjoy some sun!
Only doing it as I won't be up to doing much while I recover and comping isn't exactly physically strenuous...well not the comping I do anyway!2016: mascot experience, 2 books, event tickets x2, walkers goodies, box subscription0 -
Good luck. It's an interesting experiment and I'm curious at how you'll get on.
I have noticed on TW that a lot of comps are aimed at bloggers. When I have checked out some blogs it's so basic (and rubbish) in my opinion. I think some are filling up pages for the sake of it.
However, I'd estimate that 1/3 of my wins come from TW and I'm not a blogger, neither am I on it all the time.0
