Ok, fairly good day:
£4.02 overtime
£10 mystery shop
£0.26p quidco
Total = £14.28
Ive booked another mystery shop job for Sunday too.
Does anybody fancy carrying this challenge on after September until the end of the year?
Jo x
Yes, I do. Even though I'm not making the £10 a day yet, it's motivated me to accept more mystery shops and to keep regularly checking them to get the jobs first.0 -

I had a good week for mystery shopping considering I work full time. Next week I just have 1 shop lined up worth £3. I don't know how to make some extra cash another way.
I make cards, but I do this as a hobby and don't consider myself to be that good at it, however my MIL bought some handmade cards from a fair last week and I thought my cards were much better...so maybe I could attempt to sell some. Although I'm not really sure where to begin with it.0 -

Hey,
My mum makes cards and sells them, she tends to sell them for £1 each and sells them to friends and church fetes/fairs etc local coffee mornings are also good, she also takes orders, she did a bunch of 50 thank-you cards the other day! just made them over a week whilst watching telly and earnt about £60!
She loves dropping it into conversations aswell as people tend to take an interest, so next time your at the hairdressers and they mention a party/baptism/new baby say you made some cards for that kind of occasion a little while back etc they might take an interest! :T so id say have some of your cards in your bag (the three B's (baby,birthday and blank)) and get some business cards if things start to look good and i think you could make it work for you quite easily!:j
Good luck!:D
O and as i wrote this i just sold another item for £6.5 on a buy it now on ebay!!!:T :T :T:jThe Money Saving Wannabe :j

Thanks...I shall think about it. I think I just lack confidence and strive for perfection and just don't feel that my cards would be worth selling. I might start mentioning it to friends and family to start with. I wonder if I could sell cards at a car boot? I'm sure we'll do one again at some point for non-ebayable stuff.
I've just got to spend less time on MSE and start making cards!0 -
Ok, today is £8.05 overtime and £1.80 on Quidco. I think this will be a hard challenge for the rest of the year, but im determined to try! I must do more mystery shopping and fill in the AQA application tomorrow!
