Where do I stand?

Just after a bit of advice. Just logged into a website and seen that I had won a prize in January, but had not been notified at all. Nothing on my account and no email despite the website saying that they would email all winners (I check my emails multiple times a day including the spam folder so I know I've not had anything).

I only noticed by chance when looking back at previous winners.

Have emailed the website who said it is out of the time frame but they might be able to sort something next week, but just wondering where I stand if they say it's too late?

Ask them nicely if they can send you a copy of the email they sent firstly. Check that to see if you might have accidentally deleted the email and take it from there as if it is your error then the onus is on you not them.
