I love a good rant so please forgive me. I also love shopping online, but theres plenty of parts of it that just make me angry.
Whats the biggest problem you have with online shopping?
Prices?
Delivery options?
Delivery costs?
Voucher codes?
Poor customer service?
Lets rant

The courier and never being in when the thing gets delivered (no matter how much time I wait, it will always and only ever arrive just as soon as I've left for 5 minutes.)
That and the delivery fee.0 -
I would say delivery is the biggest issue for me... Especially when it's £4.99 for standard next day delivery.
Also when that site is not covered by enectar so I can't even get nectar points on my purchase.Plan to save £100k:

Not being able to see the stuff to judge quality, then faffing around to return it when it's not right. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Shopping blind is probably its biggest disadvantage for me, and sometimes lack of delivery options.0

Not being able to actually see what something looks like other than in a picture and also I think delivery costs should be scrapped0
