Hi,

Wondering if anyone trains in any of these disciplines?

There's a gym in glasgow I've been thinking about going to for a while called The Griphouse

Meant to be really good. Just wondering if anyone here has done any of these and would recommend them?

Never been and I do not live near Glasgow. so no reviews on that specific club.

    However go for it.
    MMA clubs are normally good.

I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and I love it!

Skip traditional, its not very practical. BJJ is.

Used to go to kick boxing and thai boxing, they were fantastic for fitness and enjoyable too.

There's nowhere better to train in Glasgow. The dinky Ninja fight team are all above average in quality.
