Help to Buy with joint ownership

Me and my partner are looking to buy a property soon. I am a first time buyer and he has a property. I have a help to buy ISA, would I see be able to get the bonus from this even if I am buying with my partner who isn't a first time buyer?

Thanks for your help.

Yes, this is the situation I'm in with my boyfriend too.

You can have a HTB ISA and use it even if the person you're buying with can't have one
Total debt at LBM = £4861.03

HTB ISA - £0 withdrawn for house purchase! :D
    Wedding Fund £2550 / £5000
