Charging Order On A Dmp?

Hi I have been on a DMP with CCCs for 6 months now. We owe £21.000 unsucured(sp?) debt. £1000 is in my name only the other is in my hubby's name only. My creditor has excepted the DMP some of my hubby's have been excepted but not all.
We have a house with a mortgage, which is in my sole name. If there was a charging order to be put on the house could it be done with my hubby's creditors as the house is not in his name?
I would be greatful if anyone could advice. THANKS

I would have thought that if you husband has no financial interest in the home then his Creditors cannot have any claim to put a charging order on your property.0
