Another tip is to freeze your leftovers in ziplock bags and make them as thin as you can by spreading the food out and laying them flat as you can. Then, if you forget to defrost them they only take about half an hour in a dish of room temp water or will even cook ok from frozen laid in the bottom of a frying pan and heated slowly.0
