That poor man will have to write down 20,000 names and addresses, and shove 20,000 samples into envelopes, and make countless visits to the post room! Poor soul - oh well, at least I get free ecover :rotfl:

Took 45 seconds on my call, including spelling out my hyphenated surname. His voice is great, isn't it? Very 'would you like me to tuck you in?' Nearly rang back to say 'yes, please', but he wouldn't have known what I was talking about. :rotfl:
