We have had 3 letters recently with a new agreement for us to sign. We dont owe them anything though. It looks like the lack of Agreements for them to produce has pushed them to doing this now to get a signed one for the future.

Hi Kev, Can you tell us what company has sent you the letters? I am currently trying to sort out my mums dealings with JD Williams home shopping and at the very mention of CCA the guy got all touchy over the phone lol.
